Which clinic should I choose for a Brisbane appointment?
Choose Annerley: 69 Juliette Street or Fortitude Valley: Upper Floor, 27 Brunswick Street. Services and practitioners differ, so check the selected clinic before booking.
Does an enquiry confirm an appointment?
No. Complete the online booking and check your confirmation, including the clinic, service, time, price and cancellation conditions. An enquiry alone does not reserve a time.
What should I include when asking about a service?
Tell us your preferred clinic, service or concern, and whether you are a new or returning client. Your practitioner discusses suitability, risks, alternatives, recovery and costs before treatment.
How do I ask about the A$99 new-client offer?
Book Annerley or Fortitude Valley under NEW CLIENT OFFERS and pay A$99 in full online. First Reborn visit only, once per person, subject to suitability. Includes a simple cleanse, basic micro-needling and cream finish; excludes radiofrequency micro-needling. Read the offer and cancellation conditions, complete your booking and check the confirmation.
Where can I check current service prices?
Check our price guide and your clinic’s live appointment menu. Confirm whether you are selecting a consultation, single session or package. Any additional service is discussed and priced before you agree.
When are the Brisbane clinics open?
Listed hours are Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm; Sunday closed. Appointments depend on clinic, service and practitioner availability. Check your booking confirmation and contact us about public-holiday hours.
How do I ask about parking or clinic access?
Use the clinic links above for maps. Fortitude Valley is upstairs; contact us before booking if you need specific access or parking arrangements.
How do I contact you about an online order?
Choose “Online products — Australian delivery” in the form and include your order number and question. A product purchase does not reserve a treatment or collection time.
What are the Australian delivery arrangements?
Orders normally dispatch 1–2 business days after payment via Australia Post Standard Post; transit is generally 2–6 business days, additional to dispatch and subject to route and conditions. Shipping is A$12.95 under A$99, free from A$99. Confirm available options at checkout.
Can I buy skincare without being a clinic client?
Yes. Shop skincare and nutrition products without a treatment booking. Check directions and the complete ingredient list on the current packaging; contact us if information is missing.
How can I use an existing gift voucher or account credit?
New gift vouchers are no longer sold. For an existing voucher or account credit, contact our team with your voucher or order reference to check the balance, expiry and applicable conditions before booking. An enquiry does not reserve a time.
How do I change an existing appointment?
Follow your booking confirmation or contact the team with your clinic, service and appointment details. Fees and cancellation conditions depend on your booking. Wait for confirmation of any new time.
