Booking deposit. Consultation fees and payment requirements depend on the selected service. Where a booking deposit applies, its amount is shown before confirmation; some services require a different deposit or full payment. A booking deposit is put toward the cost of your treatment on the day. If you decide not to go ahead after your consultation, or if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is refunded. Consultations for prescription treatments carry a $50 consultation and assessment fee for new clients, which is separate from the booking deposit.

First tattoo-removal visit? Call 0410 415 415 to arrange your consultation and patch test before booking. The free two-week follow-up is for a later review, not your first visit.

Book your voucher appointment online: choose your voucher's clinic > GROUPON VOUCHERS > the matching service. Add the voucher security code in Notes and check your final booking confirmation. Guest bookings are welcome. Our team checks your voucher and saved-card status; do not send card details by email or chat.

Some of the treatments offered at Reborn Aesthetics involve prescription-only medicines. Australian law (the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989) does not permit us to name these medicines, describe them, or publish their prices in advertising to the public. We are therefore not able to list them here, and we cannot discuss specific products by phone or message.

What we can tell you: treatment begins with a consultation and assessment with our registered nurse or our doctor. They will discuss whether treatment is suitable for you, what is involved, what results are realistic, and the risks and possible side effects. A prescription can only be issued after that consultation, and only where it is clinically appropriate.

Who you will see. Your treating practitioner and, where required, a prescriber will assess suitability before treatment.

Risks. These procedures carry risks. These include bruising, swelling, tenderness, redness, infection, asymmetry, lumps, headache, drooping of an eyelid or brow, and, rarely, vascular occlusion, tissue damage or loss of vision. Results vary between individuals and are not permanent. Your practitioner will explain the risks that apply to you at your consultation, and you will be asked to give written informed consent before any treatment.

The introductory offer is for a client who has not previously visited Reborn Aesthetics. It includes a simple cleanse, one basic micro-needling treatment and a cream finish, at either Brisbane clinic, by appointment and subject to suitability assessment. One introductory appointment is available per eligible new client. Additional services are discussed and priced separately before you agree; the offer does not include RF micro-needling. A package and a single appointment are different purchases, and suitability should be discussed before choosing a course. Ask the team to explain the relevant package conditions, appointment arrangements and any other costs before you agree. A listed package does not guarantee a particular result or that every session is suitable for you.

Some options require an individual clinical assessment. The practitioner needs to discuss your goals, relevant history, realistic outcomes, risks and alternatives before deciding whether a treatment is appropriate.
